Unfortunately, all of our events are currently postponed due to COVID-19.

However, we are starting the 13.1 Challenge in September which we would love for you all to get involved with to support our charity. You can find more information about the 13.1 Challenge below.

For any fundraising questions or queries about the 13.1 Challenge, please email us.

It’s up to you to set yourself a challenge, depending on how you feel about running. You might wish to do a walk or you might want to take part with your dogs/s or child so feel free to make your challenge your own.

Please set yourself up a fundraising page on JustGiving and link it to this campaign so we know who’s taking part and we can spur each other on. You can find the 13.1 Challenge JustGiving page here.

We’ve outlined some versions of the challenge below as examples but we’d love to hear which challenge you’re planning to do. Please let us know and tag us on social media.

Option 1: Run 131 miles in the month of September.

Option 2: Run 13.1 miles each week in September.

Option 3: Run 13.1 miles in the month of September.

The options are endless. Pick an option which is a challenge for you and let’s get started!

A group of our staff members are running 131 miles in September, however on Saturday 19th September we will be live streaming our run as we will be doing Soggy Doggy, an event which was planned to take place on this day. Soggy Doggy is an obstacle course style run which we will be bringing back in 2021…make sure to watch the live stream on the day to see what it’s all about!

If you don’t want to take part but would like to help, you can sponsor us on our page by clicking here.

Donations on this page would be very much appreciated. All of the money raised will help us to look after more animals in the North East. We can’t thank you enough for your support and for making a huge difference!
