Jon Strong built a loyal following in the North East, and especially in South Shields during his long and storied career. Sadly Jon passed away in December 2025. On Sunday May 31st his bandmates, collaborators and friends will gather for a memorial concert for this giant of a musician.

In honour of his love for animals, all proceeds from this event will go to Newcastle Dog And Cat Shelter.
