Celebrate the festive season with a jam-packed afternoon of festive fun at the Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter Christmas Market!❄️

🎟️Tickets: £3 adult entry, £1 child entry. Tickets are available for purchase via our online shop and will also be available for purchase on the door.

What’s On?

Santa at the Shelter: Santa and his merry elf will be visiting the Shelter to say hello to our supporters and spread some festive cheer. Tickets to his grotto can be purchased on the day, where you can meet and take a photo with the man himself!

Festive Fun Dog Show: Our fan-favourite Fun Dog Show is returning (weather permitting) with several festive categories including Santa’s Little Helper (Puppy under 1 year old), Frosty Face Senior (Dogs over 7 years old), and Holly Jolly Hound (Male dogs). Tickets will be available to purchase on the day. The full list of categories and timings will be released soon.

Market Stalls: Shop Christmas gifts or treats for yourself and your pets at over 20 local businesses. From unique artwork and home decor to delicious baked goods to pet accessories and lots more!

Food & Drink: Visit our Pawfect Cuppa Coffee Shop for a hot drink to warm you up, grab some delicious food or indulge in mulled wine at our street vendors.

Games & Fundraising: With a number of funfair games including a Snow Ball Toss, a raffle with some fantastic prizes donated by local businesses, and a huge Christmas tombola, there is something for everyone at the Christmas Market, all to help raise much needed funds for animals in need of our help. 🐶🐱
