The Paris Half Marathon is one of the best overseas half marathons for UK runners to take part in! French nationals join forces with 4 thousand internation runners from around the world, making this half marathon one of the world’s most popular international events, with over 40,000 runners annually. The World-famous fashion capital ups the ante when it comes to running for charity. A vibrant atmosphere as you run through historical sites of eastern Paris, all whilst enjoying music and entertainment that is guaranteed to be performed along the whole course!

Why should you for the Newcastle dog and cat shelter?
- By running the 2026 HOKA Paris half, you’ll be supporting the work of the Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter and raising vital funds to go towards important costs like our veterinary bills, heating bills, food and general animal care costs.
- Following your registration for the event, you will be sent a Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter running vest or T-shirt to help keep you comfortable and look the part on the day!
- You will receive all of the information you will need for the race event as well as an information pack with fundraising and sponsorship ideas to help you reach your target.
- As well as this, our community fundraising officer will be available to support your fundraising efforts every step of the way, assisting with any enquiries you may have.
If you would like to join our team you can register for one of our charity places here. We ask that you raise a minimum of £400 through fundraising and sponsorship. Our registration fee* is £125.
