Ruby is now on foster with her potential forever family, wish her luck!

Ruby can live with children any age. She could live with another dog and potentially cats and small animals.

Ruby is a young, sweet girl who was shy upon arrival but is coming out of her shell more and more each day.

Though Ruby did arrive into our care as a stray, we have been given information from her previous owner which has helped enormously in understanding the environment she has been used to .

Though typically sighthounds and cats are not always well suited, Ruby has actually lived with a cat previously and was fine. Ruby has also lived with a very young child. She was a little boisterous, and unaware of personal space – but was also fine and showed no issue.

Though we are only beginning the see Ruby’s true personality, it is clear she is a wonderful young girl who is full of beans and full of fun.

Ruby would love to find an energetic and active home to keep up with her antics and to give her a fun-filled and fulfilled life.

Ruby’s new family will need to show some patience and understanding that she has faced quite a tumultuous time already in her young life, and so may need additional support and understanding to help get her settled, but we have no doubt she will make the most wonderful furry family member and a welcome addition the household lucky enough to adopt her.
