Elton is currently under the care of our vet awaiting sign-off. We will gather application forms and contact the successful applicant once he is ready for rehoming.

Elton could live with children aged 10+. He could potentially live with another dog, cats or other small animals

Elton was quite shy when he came in and can still sometimes be a little bit shy when meeting new people, but is a very laid back and sweet lad

He prefers life in the slow lane and although enjoys his walks, wouldn’t make a good hiking partner as he can be quite stubborn when he doesn’t want to walk anymore!

Elton loves his food, so much he sometimes eats too quickly and needs a slow feeder so he doesn’t gulp it down

Elton sadly does sometimes get a negative response from other dogs, we think this is due to his large, fixed eyes and limited facial expressions, making him difficult for other dogs to read, so he may require a couple of meetings with any dog he may go home with. We have no history on Elton, and whether he has met any cats or other small animals

Elton has suffered with ear infections in our care which we are currently working to resolve. This will now be considered a pre-existing condition so any future flare ups are unlikely to be covered by insurance.
