Cracker

Cracker could live with children 10 plus and other dogs. She is unable to live with cats and small animals.

Cracker has well and truly lived up to her name and been a cracker of a dog!

Cracker has a beautiful and kind nature, and is an absolute pleasure to spend time with. She is a very impressive dog; she is smart and agile, fast and strong.

We do know Cracker is an ex hunting dog so has never known the life of a typical pampered pet pooch which will likely pose some challenges as she learns to navigate her new place in the world.

The only life Cracker has known so far is that of a working/hunt dog which means she will have a super high prey and chase drive with incredible endurance for running.

Cracker is an awesome dog and watching her nose go to work is a sight to behold. Cracker will need a very active family who are prepared to learn and understand her needs to ensure her adaptation from a hunt dog to a pet dog is done with respect to her breed and natural behaviours. Breed experience would be a great advantage but a huge willing to learn is absolutely essential.

We just know it will be a pleasure and honour to watch Cracker discover a whole other side to life that she, so far, has never known; she will make a beautiful friend to her new family and will be worth the effort many times over!
