Cookie could live with children of any age. She could potentially live with other dogs and cats or small animals, although we have no history of her behaviour around such animals.

Cookie came into our care alongside another dog featured on our website (Sugar). At the time, Cookie required ongoing veterinary treatment for ear issues, so it was decided that the two dogs could be rehomed separately. We’re pleased to say that Cookie’s condition now appears to be resolved. As a result, we would be delighted to see them rehomed together as a pair, although they are also available for individual adoption. If you would be open to adopting both dogs, please let us know on your application.

Cookie is an absolute joy to be around! She’s an incredibly friendly and people-orientated dog, who loves nothing more than getting some fuss and attention. She enjoys her walks and loves to roll around in the grass with her belly up, she’s always keen to make friends with humans and dogs walking past. Cookie has previously lived with another dog and she has been well-behaved when meeting other dogs whilst in our care, so we feel she could potentially live with another well-matched canine companion.

She’s still very young, silly and energetic, so will need to go to a home where she can get plenty of exercise, and all the love from her humans that her heart desires!

Medical:

Cookie has been treated for an ear infection which took a bit of time to clear. This will now be considered a pre-existing conditions and therefore may not be covered by future insurance policies.
