Yogi is an outdoor cat, who would prefer an adult only home. Yogi would most likely be suited to a rural area where he has plenty of land to explore!

Yogi Bear is a very nervous and anxious boy who has been struggling to adjust to the cattery environment. Yogi Bear came into our care as a stray therefore, we do not know his previous history however, he has been finding life with us quite stressful. Yogi Bear prefers to spend a lot of time by himself, he appears quite comfortable being left alone but once you get close to him, he becomes very uncomfortable and will audibly tell you so with a few hisses or growls. He does not lash out however and he will observe you curiously from a distance. Furthermore, he does seem to enjoy the occasional treat, he would just prefer to eat them in his own company while perched on the windowsill.

Yogi Bear is still just at the beginning of his journey at the shelter, with more space and patience he will hopefully start to come out of his shell and show us his real personality. For the time being, Yogi Bear would be best suited to an adult only home which is quiet, to give him all the time he needs to settle down and become familiar with his surroundings and new family.
