Stripes

Stripes is currently under the care of the vet. We will continue to gather application forms and contact the successful applicant once she is ready for rehoming.

Stripes could live with children aged 12+ and is looking for a home where she will have outdoor access.

Stripes is a lovely little lady who initially found the shelter environment slightly overwhelming.

She has slowly been building her confidence and has begun to show our staff her sweet nature, often now crying for attention when she knows we’re close by!

Now that she is more comfortable, she will often climb onto our knee for a fuss, rubbing into us to get as much attention as possible!

She can still be a nervous girl and so will need a family who can understand and respect her need for a little time, space and patience when she first goes home. Stripes has previously lived with a dog in her last home, but found this quite stressful and so would prefer a home with no dogs. She has also previously lived with another cat, but they didn’t appear bonded at all, so although she may potentially be able to live with another cat again, she would also likely be happy being the only animal in the home.

It has been a pleasure to see Stripes learn to trust us and begin letting her guard down and we have no doubt that she will only continue to go from strength-to-strength once in the safety and comfort of a loving forever home. This lovely girl has so much love to give to her human friends and we know she will make a wonderful addition to her forever family once she’s settled in.
