Smudge

Smudge has a potential family lined up. Whilst he remains in our care, we continue to welcome applications.

Smudge could live with children aged 16+. He would like to be the only pet in the home and will require outdoor access.

Smudge is a lovely young lad who has settled straight in here at the shelter.

He loves attention and will begin meowing as soon as he spots you, to make sure you go over and give him a fuss! He is always happy to see us and will be straight over, rubbing around our legs and purring away!

Smudge sadly is now with us for the second time. His previous homes have said he wasn’t good with very young children or with dogs. He has also shown some negative reactions to other cats whilst here at the shelter. Although we believe much of Smudge’s behaviour around children was over-the-top kitten play, we feel a home without any young children or other animals would be best.

This poor lad has already experienced so much upheaval in his young life, he so deserves to finally find a true forever home, where he can get settled with a family who adore him and his big, quirky character.

Smudge is an energetic young boy and would benefit from a cat-experienced family who have plenty of time to spend with him, offering him the interaction and mental and physical stimulation he needs.

This handsome lad has so much love to give and, in the right environment, will undoubtedly bring so much laughter to his forever family.
