Lily & Luna are currently under the care of our vet awaiting sign-off from their spay procedures. We will gather applications and contact the successful applicant once they are ready for rehoming.

Lily & Luna are looking for an adult-only home and require an indoor-only environment.

Lily & Luna are a lovely, sweet pair who, although aren’t biological sisters, are only a week apart in age and have lived together since being kittens.

Luna (black & white) is a friendly little lady who didn’t take long to settle in here at the shelter. She was shy initially for the first couple of days after arriving, but it didn’t take her long to figure out we were her friends and she was safe!

Luna is definitely the more confident of the pair and quickly showed us what an affectionate girl she is. She has also shown us how playful she can be and particularly enjoys chasing feather wand toys around!

Lily (tabby & white) is the more timid of the duo and is still quite unsure of her surroundings at the moment. She tends to keep her distance from our staff and volunteers when we go into their pen, however, she is still a very sweet girl and, when we stand calmly with her, she does come round and enjoys being made a fuss of – she just needs a little more time than Luna to make sure she’s comfortable!

Although Luna has more confidence than Lily, both girls can still remain easily spooked, when we had some bad weather recently, even Luna was feeling very overwhelmed and didn’t want to interact with our staff, choosing to hide away at the back of their pen instead. Their previous owner also reported that the girls were nervous of children and so, for these reasons, we feel the girls would be happiest in an adult-only home, where they can fully relax and let their guards down in a calm and quiet environment.

These girls have been a lovely little pair to get to know during their stay with us and we have no doubt they will only go from strength-to-strength once in the safety and security of a loving forever home. We have no doubt that watching these girls become their true playful, carefree selves will be an incredibly rewarding experience and we know they will make fantastic additions to their lucky forever home.
