Indie and Tinkerbell

Indie and Tinkerbell are outdoor cats who could live with children age 10+. They can’t be rehomed with other cats.

Tinkerbell was a bit nervous when she first arrived at the shelter, but we’ve now got to know what a sweetie she really is. She’s always at the front of her pen to greet us ready for attention! Tinkerbell loves rubbing herself on you and getting a good fuss. She loves head scratches and will push her head onto you hand to make sure you don’t stop!

Tinkerbell has started showing an interest in string toys and enjoys chasing them around her pen. Other than string toys Tinkerbell hasn’t show interest in other toys and much just prefers the attention of people. She also loves Lick-e-lix, they’re her favourite treat and can be used to win her over!

Indie is struggling with the cattery environment at the moment and spends a lot of time hiding in her bed. She is nervous and takes some time to come around to people. She needs someone that will give her the time she needs to settle into her new environment and come out of her shell.

Indie does have a sweet side and once she is comfortable with you she will come out to say hello. She is also a big fan of licky treats, which will definitely be beneficial to her new family. We believe that Indie’s shy behaviour is only due to her being in the shelter environment, and once she’s in a loving home again, she will flourish into a friendly and confident cat.

Both sisters are looking for a loving home together.
