Duncan is currently under the care of the vet following a dental procedure. We will start gathering interest, and reach out to the successful applicants once he’s signed off for rehoming.

Duncan could live with children age 14+. He will require outdoor access.

Duncan is a wonderful chap who has had a bit of a rough time prior to arriving at the shelter. He had been noticed straying in his area for nearly a year, and a kind couple took him to the vets to get some medical care. He has clearly had a hard time mostly fending for himself, he came into our care with wounds on his nose and he has a few old battle scars but this hasn’t stopped him from being a sweet, friendly boy.

Duncan really doesn’t like being confined and it takes him a bit of time to adjust to his new surroundings. Being handled can stress him out, but he does enjoy a bit of fuss! Duncan is also quite a playful lad.

Duncan will need a home where he can get plenty outdoor access as he’s so used to roaming freely, a home with older children will be more suited to give him the time and space he needs to settle into his new home.
