Donna is looking for an adult only home with no other pets. She may require outdoor access once settled.

Donna is a beautiful girl inside out who has been through a lot recently.

Donna arrived in our care in July, she’s come from a multi-cat household but we don’t know any further history. It took Donna a while to start settling in, she was very nervous in our care to begin with, always hiding and hissing and hissing if anyone went too close. Once she started getting used to her surroundings, we started to see the loving girl that she really is. Donna is a friendly, affectionate girl, who loves nothing more than getting fussed. Once she feels comfortable around you and trusts you, she’s happy to hop onto your lap for a cuddle, and starts chatting away asking for attention if she feels like she’s not getting enough! Donna sometimes gets so carried away enjoying cuddles, she gets dribbly.

Donna was recently rehomed, unfortunately the family had to return Donna to our care, due to no fault of her own. If you have previously applied for Donna already, please re-submit your application form to let us know that you are still interested.

Although Donna has lived with other cats in the past, she’s shown strong dislike to cats in our care, so we believe she would be best suited to a home with no other cats. We don’t know whether Donna has had outdoor access in the past, but she enjoys a wander down our cattery row exploring. We would like to find her a home that’s happy to offer her outdoor access once she’s settled, if she shows interest. We know Donna will feel nervous going into a new home, so a quiet home with no other pets and plenty of time and patience for her is a must. Given a bit of time, we know Donna will make the most wonderful and affectionate companion to her new family.

Medical:

Donna has had a lump removed in our care, our vets had no concerns and the wound has healed well and needs no further attention. Please note that this is classed as a pre-existing condition for pet insurance purposes, so if she did develop any lumps in the future, lump removal and further investigation would likely be excluded.
