Dexter is currently under the care of the vet. We have reached out to a potential home to proceed with once he is ready for rehoming. If, for whatever reason, this doesn’t work out – we will be re-assessing the applications already received.

Dexter could live with children aged 14+ and is looking for an indoor-only home.

Dexter is a wonderful, handsome lad who was recently rehomed and has sadly been returned to us through no fault of his own.

He was described as a very affectionate lad in the home who constantly wants attention and loves to cuddle on your lap! His previous rehomer described him as very curious – wanting to investigate every cupboard and surface!

His favourite thing in the world is human company and he always wants to be around them – having a fuss and sleeping on their beds overnight. He tends not to play with toys on his own, but will interact with them when playing with his humans.

Dexter heartbreakingly first arrived into our care after his owner passed away. He is just desperately craving the safety and comfort of a familiar person to call his own. He so deserves to find his forever home, where he can be spoilt rotten and have the human company he loves so much.

Medical:

Dexter has a low grade heart murmur. Whilst not currently causing him any issues, any potential rehomers should be aware that this is something that will need to be monitored and will likely be classed as a pre-existing condition and be excluded by pet insurance.

Unfortunately we're not currently taking applications for Dexter, but please take a look at our other beautiful cats looking for a new home by following the link!
