Bea could live with children aged 14+ and is looking for an indoor-only home.

Bea is a lovely, sweet girl who has spent the past few weeks in a foster home.

Initially, when she first arrived here at the shelter, Bea did struggle to adjust to the strange new environment. She is a quiet-natured girl and was quite shy to begin with. However, with the time and patience of our dedicated team, she soon started building her confidence and would be happy to see us and be made a fuss of.

In her foster home, her foster carers have reported that she took a couple of days to come out of her shell, but is now playing regularly, becoming more and more curious and enjoys having a stroke. They’ve noted that she isn’t keen on being picked up or sitting on your knee, but will happily sit beside you for a cuddle. Overall, she has settled in very well.

Bea has received some veterinary treatment for a minor skin issue whilst in our care and, whilst now resolved, any potential rehomers should be aware that, if she were to have any future skin issues, they would likely be classed as a pre-existing condition and would not be covered by pet insurance.

Bea would be best suited to a calm and quiet home, she lived with a young child in her previous home which she found very stressful and she has really enjoyed the peace of her foster environment. She needs a family who can offer her the time, patience and understanding she needs whilst she finds her feet and makes herself at home.

This beautiful little lady is an absolute delight to spend time with and we know she will make a wonderful addition to her lucky forever family.
