Franklin is looking for an adult-only home, he would like to be the only animal in the home and will require outdoor access.

Franklin is a lovely and friendly chap who loves a good explore of his surroundings!

He loves to say hello to his human friends and have a good wander of our cattery to check out what’s going on. He loves treats and being made a fuss of and also enjoys having a brush. He has a real playful side too, he particularly enjoys chasing wand toys and rolling around in catnip!

Franklin would be best suited to a home where he can get plenty of attention from his family, but can also have the space to do his own thing when he’s feeling more independent. He isn’t shy about asking for a fuss but will also happily take himself off to do his own thing when he wants some quiet time.

Franklin can sometimes get a little frustrated if things aren’t on his terms and will let you know when he needs some space, so although he is a sociable and confident boy – he would be best suited to an adult-only home environment.

Despite being a slightly older gent, Franklin is still so full of life and believes he is still a kitten! He sadly arrived in our care after being found as a stray, so we have no background information on  his previous life. He so deserves to find his forever home where he can spend the rest of his life spoilt rotten, knowing the love and safety of a forever family.

Medical

Franklin has abnormally shaped pupils and is on ongoing pain relief medication for arthritis. Any potential rehomers should be aware that these will likely be classed as pre-existing conditions and won’t be covered by pet insurance. The rehoming team will discuss Franklin’s veterinary history in further detail with any successful applicants.
