Rosie could live with children aged 16+. She would like to be the only cat in the home and requires an indoor-only environment.

Rosie is a lovely, sweet lady who, sadly, is finding the shelter environment a little overwhelming.

She currently spends most of her time hiding away and prefers to come out to eat her food when it’s quiet and nobody is around. However, with some time, patience and treats, Rosie will now venture out of her hiding space to see our staff if they sit quietly in her pen. She still remains cautious and easily spooked, but she has a lovely, gentle nature and a nice big purr!

Rosie arrived into our care with another cat but they struggled to get along and so we believe Rosie would be happiest as the only cat in the home.

Rosie would be best suited to a calm and quiet home who can offer her the understanding and gentle encouragement she needs whilst she finds her feet and adjusts to her new surroundings. We have no doubt that with a little time and patience, Rosie will soon be coming out of her shell and showing her forever family more and more of her true, sweet personality. She will need lots of cosy hiding spaces initially whilst she learns that she is safe and secure and can let her guard down.

This lovely girl so deserves to find her forever home where she can truly relax and live her best life, she has already shown us glimpses of what a loving lady she can be and we can’t wait to see her thrive with the help of her forever family. We have no doubt she will make an incredibly rewarding addition to her forever home.
