Missy

Missy could live with children aged 10+. She could potentially live with other dogs and cats or small animals, although we have no history of her behaviour around such animals.

Missy is a very sweet and friendly girl who is always pleased to see both people and other dogs!

She is a sociable lady, nobody is a stranger to Missy – she will happily say hello to everyone she meets. She absolutely loves getting out and about on her walks – she is happiest when out exploring! She will need an active home who are able to provide her with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. She also loves her treats and can be quite a greedy girl – typical Labrador!

Missy arrived to us in quite a sorry state and was emaciated. Despite the tough time she’s had, she hasn’t let this affect her love for life and she still has the most beautiful nature, she is truly a pleasure to spend time with.

Missy has required treatment for some health issues whilst in our care including having some lumps removed from her eyelids. Any potential rehomers should be aware that these will likely be classed as a pre-existing condition and will not be covered by pet insurance. The rehoming team will discuss Missy’s veterinary history in more detail with any successful applicants.

Missy has made brilliant progress whilst in our care and is beginning to look like a much happier and healthier lady. She is now ready to find her forever home, where they can continue to help her develop into the brightest version of herself. This incredible girl so deserves to be spoilt rotten and shown all the good things life has to offer after the tough journey she’s had.
