Dizzy

Dizzy is currently under the care of our vet. We will gather applications for her and reach out to the successful candidate once she is ready to begin her road to rehome.

Dizzy could live with children aged 10+. She could potentially live with other dogs, but no cats or small animals.

Dizzy is a beautiful girl who has the personality to match.

She has been an absolute pleasure to get to know during her time in our care and has proven to be a very gentle natured and sweet lady.

Dizzy has previously been a working dog. This means she has a high chase drive and may never have lived in a home environment before / experienced the typical life of a ‘pet’ dog.

Helping Dizzy to adjust to her new life as a loved family member will no doubt bring some challenges, but will also be an incredibly rewarding experience for the right, dedicated family.

Dizzy will need a very active home who can keep up with her high energy levels. She will need a family who are able to provide her with plenty of mental and physical stimulation to ensure she can the happiest, healthiest version of herself and to provide her with a suitable outlet for all that working breed energy! A family who would be interested in getting Dizzy involved in some sort of scent work would be an additional bonus.

Dizzy has had a small lump removed from under her eye whilst in our care. Whilst there are no further concerns, any potential rehomers should be aware that this is likely to be classed as a pre-existing condition and be excluded by pet insurance. The rehoming team will be happy to discuss this in more detail with any successful applicants.

Dizzy will absolutely require some time, patience and effort from her forever family whilst she discovers a whole new life that she has never previously had. She will need a committed and experienced family who are willing to learn along the way with her.

This beautiful girl has been a joy to spend time with during her time here at the shelter. For this next chapter of her life, she so deserves a forever family who can show her all the amazing things life has to offer. We just know that this next part of her story is going to her most special one yet.
