Take part in this flat and fast road closed 10k starting and finishing in Monkton stadium, running in partnership with Jarrow and Hebburn Athletic club. Returning to the Northeast, this road closed race is flat and fast, holding great GB potential. You’ll also be following in the footsteps of 1500m world champion, world record holder and running legend Steve Cram

• You will receive an information and fundraising pack with ideas to help with your sponsorship, so you are able to reach your target. As well as this, our community fundraising officer will be available to support your fundraising efforts every step of the way.
• We will provide you with a running top to both keep you comfortable and help you look the part on the big race day itself
• Most importantly, by running for us in the Jarrow 10k, you’ll be supporting the work of Newcastle Dog and Cat shelter and raising vital funds to go towards important costs such as our veterinary bills, heating bills and general animal care costs.
