Max could live with children 12+, he would need to be the only animal in the home

Max arrived into our care and immediately settled in like he had been here all along! He is a confident lad and has taken everything in his stride.

Max is quite a typical terrier and can be stubborn and is set in his ways but is a lovely lad with a huge personality!

Max recently spent some time in a home where it was found that he was quite dog reactive when out on his walks. Max needs an experienced family who are confident managing his behaviours and who can implement some gradual, positive training to help him become more comfortable around other dogs. Any potential rehomers should understand and respect that Max may never want to interact with or be around other dogs and he would hugely benefit from walks in quiet areas / at quiet times of day.

It was reported that Max was a pleasure to have in the home and was a very intelligent lad. We have no doubt that Max will require time, patience and effort from his new family but we know he will make the most rewarding companion for the right forever home.
