Doug is looking for an adult only home an to be the only animal in the home.
Doug is a sweet young lad who seems to have missed out on some of the vital socialisation and training he should’ve had as a puppy. Because of this, he is a bit of an anxious boy who can find the world a little overwhelming at times.
Doug will need patient, understanding owners who can commit the time and training to help him overcome his anxieties and build some more confidence. He would likely benefit from having owners who have experience of anxious dogs.
He is a lovely lad who loves to have a good zoom around as fast as he can when let off-lead in our enclosed field, before coming to sit right by you (or on your knee!) to have a good fuss!
He loves spending time with his humans and getting out of his kennel and would love a family who are around a lot of the time for him.
He is a good lad who just needs some guidance to help him realise the world doesn’t need to be such an overwhelming place! Doug will definitely require time, patience and effort but he has so much love to give and we are sure he will make a very rewarding companion for the right family.
